A simple guilt free snack that I love! I often buy hummus ready made but found that it would be a lot cheaper to make myself and it tastes great too.
Berry Bananza Smoothie
This is one of the easiest smoothies to make which is why it's one that I blast up most mornings for work as my breakfast or lunch! This smoothie is similar to my favourite summer smoothie but the chia seeds give it that extra health kick and the banana helps to thicken it up and tone down the sweetness of the berries.
LDNM Protein Powder Smoothie
If you follow me on Instagram or Twitter (@jasmineliza_ for both) you will know that I am obsessed with LDN Muscle workouts and now their products too. This smoothie is great for getting the protein in their and giving you a boost! I love having this as a midday pick me up.
